Agape/NAIA Championship
Agape Hoops has partnered with the NAIA for their upcoming NAIA Division I Men’s Basketball National Championship tournament. This event is has been hosted in Kansas City since 1937 and is a great chance for you and your teams to see colleges from across the country compete for an NAIA National Championship.
The partnership between the NAIA and Agape Hoops is to help provide you and your team with even MORE opportunities for attendance, participation, and access to this great event. Each year 32 teams from across the country come to Kansas City to compete. While here, they participate in many community and character building activities. We look to bring you closer with these athletes during their stay here through various activities.

Harvesters Partnered Events | Agape Hoops Night/Championship Game | Agape/NAIA Champions of Character
Agape Hoops Harvesters Tournaments (March 8-10 weekend)
Play in either of our Harvesters Tournaments on March 8-10 to earn a chance to participate in a special exhibition game at Municipal Auditorium DURING THE NAIA NATIONAL TOURNAMENT.
During these events, we will be hosting another one of our Team of the Month contests benefiting Harvesters. The Top 8 teams in the tournament will be given an opportunity to play at Municipal on the weekend of March 16-17. You will be able to select your opponent for this game from any team that participates in the Harvesters food drive.

NAIA Champions Weekend Tournaments (March 15-17 weekend)
We will have two events on the weekend of the NAIA Championship weekend. The winners of these two events will be given reserved court-side tickets to the NAIA Championship Game on Tuesday, March 19th. The only way to access these seats will be by winning a division in one of these two events!

Agape Hoops Night/Championship Game
For the Championship Game on Tuesday, March 19, Agape Hoops will be giving away FREE TICKETS! To be eligible for these tickets, you will need to contact Natalie Moultrie at natalie@agapehoops.com.

Agape Hoops wants you to nominate a coach, player and or parent/fan for the NAIA Champions of Character Award.
The nominees should be people who demonstrate the NAIA’s five core values on and off the court. Please complete the form below and write a brief paragraph on how this person is a NAIA Champion of Character!
All nominees will be invited to attend the NAIA Div. 1 Men’s National Championship final on March 19th and winners will be announced at half time of the Championship game at the historic Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City.
Criteria — Award nominees should consistently showcase these five core values and reflect the true spirit of competition.
- INTEGRITY — Positive internal traits that guide behavior.
- RESPECT — Treating others the way you want to be treated.
- RESPONSIBILITY — The social force that binds the individual to the good of the team.
